These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application **Wikiplay** (the "App"). By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Wikiplay is a mobile application that provides gameplay experiences by linking to publicly available Wikipedia articles. Users can select curated or popular articles, then navigate between various Wikipedia links to achieve specific gameplay goals.

• Wikiplay is not affiliated with the Wikimedia Foundation or Wikipedia.
• Wikipedia and its associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by the Wikimedia Foundation (or respective rights holders) and are subject to Wikipedia's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• We do not control, endorse, or manage any content on Wikipedia. By using Wikiplay, you acknowledge that the Wikipedia articles and their content are provided by third parties, and we cannot guarantee their accuracy, suitability, or legality.

2. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

• You will not use the App in any way that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
• You agree not to use the App to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or offensive, including but not limited to:
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening others
• Impersonating someone else
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Uploading or sharing any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

1. ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, USEFULNESS, OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES; AND
2. ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE, WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Wikiplay simply provides access to links that lead to Wikipedia; we have no control over Wikipedia's availability or the accuracy of its content. Your use of any Wikipedia content is at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE APP OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.

This limitation of liability also applies to any harm or damages caused by content obtained via Wikipedia, over which we have no control.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Wikiplay (and its developers, officers, agents, and affiliates) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

6. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must discontinue using the App.
